VENETIAN RIVER CLUB

The Venetian Golf and River Club started doing a Directory with Sundown around 2007. I took it over as a volunteer in 2010 and have been doing it ever since. It is a very important part of our community. Easy to find your neighbors and friends, local numbers and community information (websites, board members, and committee members.) We are a very active community and this might be one of the factors that bring the community together. It is the community bible. Kim, their designer, is great to work with. A free Directory that links the community....It's no brainer? I would Absolutely recommend the directory/guide to other like-minded communities.

TURTLE ROCK

Turtle Rock has worked with Craig Tirgrath of Sundown Publishing since 2008. The first directory they published for us (2009/10) was received with great applause by residents-- it was a beautiful step up from our previous in-house editions which were basic and without pictures. The only owners who voiced concern were those who felt it was costing us too much money...until they were informed that this useful and good-looking publication was provided to the community free of charge thanks to the Sponsors who placed their ads with Sundown. Sundown keeps the information provided strictly confidential, and printed copies are only made available to TR owners. The layout artist we have had the privilege of working with all these years is fantastic! She takes photos and creates works of art, transforms excel spreadsheets into easy-to-find listings and word documents to user-friendly information. Each year she chooses a new theme color, picked up from one of the photos used for the cover. To say her work is impressive is not giving sufficient credit. I would recommend to any association, gated/private streets or public streets, that working with Sundown is always a positive experience, and the resulting publication worthwhile. I can only encourage you to give Craig and his team the opportunity!
